Senior Collections Strategy Manager

Job Summary

Leading collections strategy initiatives, the full-time Senior Collections Strategy Manager will design, launch, and optimize multi-channel collection strategies to enhance operational performance and drive payment conversion in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own strategy end-to-end, from opportunity identification through design, testing, launch, and optimization
• Design multi-channel treatments, determining contact timing, frequency, and segmentation across various communication channels
• Drive cross-functional momentum by partnering with teams across Data Science, Client Management, and Operations to implement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consumer finance or lending, with 5+ years focused on consumer debt collections and strategy
• Strong understanding of collection levers and a proven track record of improving recovery metrics
• Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FDCPA, Regulation F, and TCPA
• Familiarity with AI tools, champion/challenger testing, and SQL/BI platforms like Looker and Tableau
• Ability to build evidence-based business cases and align cross-functional teams effectively
