Senior Commercial Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Applying extensive claims management experience, the fully remote Senior Commercial Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto and General Liability municipality claims while ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to plan and execute appropriate resolutions
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate effective communication
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
