Senior Commercial Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Commercial Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto and General Liability claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure and litigation, determining the appropriate course of action for resolution
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
