Job Summary
Supporting the legal function across the organization, the full-time Senior Commercial Counsel will negotiate and close commercial contracts, manage vendor engagements, and enhance contracting efficiency in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with customers and vendors
- Create a long-term knowledge management system by documenting learnings
- Collaborate with various teams to streamline contracting processes and support legal functions across the business
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts
- Proven ability to operate autonomously and make decisions in ambiguous situations
- Demonstrated business acumen and commercial judgment
- Experience building trusted relationships across functional teams and with customers
- Fluency with AI tools for contract drafting and knowledge management
