Senior Commercial Counsel
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to join the team remotely, this full-time position will manage the company's commercial transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements, advising stakeholders on risks and business goals, and enhancing contract management processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including master service agreements and data protection agreements
- Maintain and improve contract templates and internal guidance related to transactional issues
- Develop and manage transactional processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements
- J.D. from a U.S. law school and admission to a state bar
- Comfortable with technical, financial, or data science concepts
- Experience in a rapidly-evolving startup environment is preferred
- Strong commitment to supporting the mission of improving the U.S. healthcare system
