Partnering with business teams to close deals efficiently, the full-time Senior Commercial Counsel will provide legal guidance on complex agreements, manage in-house legal matters, and improve contract processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities

- Draft, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements, managing deals from term sheet through signature

Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of commercial legal experience in technology transactions, SaaS agreements, or corporate law at a top-tier law firm or high-growth technology company
- Experience leading complex commercial negotiations from initial term sheet through execution
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal risk against business objectives
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally on multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with using AI tools for legal review and drafting to enhance efficiency and quality
