Senior Commercial Counsel, Licensed Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Senior Commercial Counsel, Licensed Attorney will review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial transactions while collaborating closely with the Sales organization and managing a team of contracts managers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently draft and negotiate complex subscription agreements and partnership deals to close revenue opportunities
• Support a go-to-market portfolio of ecommerce merchants across various regions, including the U.S., EMEA, Mexico, and South America
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on commercial and vendor transactions while managing multiple projects against competing deadlines

Required qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active admission to at least one U.S. state bar
• 5-10+ years of experience in supporting a Sales organization and handling commercial and tech transactions
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a global sales organization
• Ability to manage workload and priorities with minimal oversight
