Senior Commercial Credit Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic advisor, the full-time Senior Commercial Credit Products Portfolio Manager will structure, negotiate, and manage complex commercial credit relationships while providing market insights and mentoring junior credit professionals in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the structuring, analysis, and approval of complex credit transactions, balancing risk with business needs
• Proactively monitor portfolio risk and identify industry trends impacting credit quality
• Engage with clients and senior leadership to provide expertise in credit negotiations and deal execution

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or 12+ years of equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in commercial credit analysis, structuring, underwriting, and portfolio management
• Deep expertise in structuring and negotiating complex credit agreements
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence credit strategy and policy
• In-depth understanding of macroeconomic factors affecting credit risk
