Job Summary
Acting as the primary relationship manager for existing rail customers, the full-time Senior Commercial Leasing Specialist will originate new operating lease transactions, maximize revenue on lease renewals, and collaborate with various internal teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new rail customers through direct calling efforts and marketing initiatives
- Maximize revenue on the renewal of existing leases and originate new operating lease transactions
- Serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams, addressing all customer needs effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in Sales and Leasing, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience in Sales and Leasing
- Experience in railcar leasing preferred
- Proven track record in generating new business and managing customer relationships
- Strong understanding of freight transportation financing opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
