Senior Commercial Legal Counsel

Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Senior Commercial Legal Counsel will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, serve as the legal contact for the U.S. sales team, and manage multiple deals while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements and NDAs
• Collaborate with the U.S. Sales team to structure deals and ensure timely contract execution
• Advise stakeholders on contract risks and drive process improvements in legal workflows

Required qualifications

• Law degree and active U.S. bar membership
• 6+ years of experience in commercial/tech transactions, with significant in-house experience
• Experience negotiating SaaS agreements, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Knowledge of privacy and security frameworks relevant to healthcare and enterprise SaaS
• Strong ability to manage multiple negotiations under deadline pressure
