Senior Commercial Lines Actuary

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Lines Actuary for a long-term remote opportunity, this position will analyze policy rating inputs, support the implementation of Guidewire Policy administration system structures, and collaborate across teams to facilitate seamless system integrations.

Key responsibilities:

• Review existing Policy Administration System (PAS) rating input storage tables and structures
• Extract current PAS rating inputs for various commercial lines and assist in building a production process for policy conversion
• Collaborate with team members to translate extracted rating inputs into Guidewire PAS input structures and support predictive model data integrations

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial lines actuarial experience with 4-6 CAS exams passed (preferred)
• Strong SAS or SQL skills and experience with large data sets
• Knowledge of ISO commercial property, GL, and auto rating algorithms
• Familiarity with NCCI workers' compensation products and rating algorithms
• Proficiency with Excel and ability to learn new software rapidly
