Senior Commercial Loan Administrator
Job Summary
Supporting commercial loan operations, the full-time Senior Commercial Loan Administrator will manage pre-closing, regulatory, and closing activities for loan originations while ensuring high-quality customer experiences in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Lending Team and Operations to facilitate loan processes
- Conduct KYC activities and prepare necessary documentation for loan closings
- Monitor and coordinate insurance needs and perform quality control checks on loan systems
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in commercial lending loan administration and closing on transactions of $10MM-$50MM+
- 5+ years of account relationship management experience
- Strong understanding of legal loan documents and contract terms
- Experience in data analysis or business operations is preferred
