Senior Commercial Loan Closer

Job Summary

Responsible for managing closing processes, the full-time Senior Commercial Loan Closer will perform due diligence, ensure compliance with loan documentation, and coordinate post-closing activities in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Review approved Credit Memorandum and collect necessary documentation for loan closing
• Prepare and review loan closing documents for accuracy and compliance with bank policies
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate smooth loan closings and disbursements

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of direct commercial loan closing experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong collaboration skills with a focus on customer inquiries and multitasking
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in commercial loan closing
• Prior experience in Commercial Real Estate closing (owner occupied and non-owner occupied) is required
• Excellent customer communication skills
