Key responsibilities
- Lead customer negotiations and ensure an acceptable risk profile for contracts
- Review and redline customer terms and conditions while managing the ComOps risk process
- Collaborate with tendering and sales teams to develop high-quality proposals and align commercial strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Commercial Operations, contract management, or project management within the energy sector
- Experience with complex projects and contract negotiations to minimize business risk
- Knowledge of US Government contracting regulations and compliance processes
