Job Summary
Analyzing new commercial loan requests, the remote Senior Commercial Real Estate Underwriter will perform credit risk assessments, present findings to the credit team, and assist in managing a solid credit portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze new commercial loan requests and conduct periodic reviews on existing loans
- Present analysis, findings, and recommendations to Portfolio Managers and Underwriters
- Complete quarterly and annual covenant compliance testing for existing loans
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience analyzing business and personal financial statements related to loan requests
- 2+ years of experience underwriting commercial loans, including commercial real estate loans
- Proven understanding of FDIC and other regulatory rules and requirements
