Proactively building pipelines of diverse consulting talent, the full-time Senior Commercial Recruiter will independently source and manage the executive candidate experience throughout the selection process while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and manage the executive candidate experience, including offer negotiation
- Coach hiring managers on the interview and selection process to enhance team collaboration
- Monitor industry trends and represent the company at networking and industry events
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Executive Search services
- Documented success in recruiting within a Consulting Practice
- Life Sciences recruiting experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter
