Senior Commercial Trucking Claims Representative

Job Summary

Managing complex commercial trucking and transportation claims, the full-time Senior Commercial Trucking Claims Representative will investigate claims from initial loss through resolution, collaborating with various stakeholders while working in a hybrid or remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and manage complex commercial trucking claims, evaluating liability, damages, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with insureds, drivers, attorneys, and other parties to determine claim exposure and negotiate settlements
• Analyze accident reports and other evidence to support claim decisions, handling high-severity and litigated trucking claims

Required qualifications

• Experience handling commercial trucking claims and complex bodily injury claims
• Strong skills in investigation, coverage analysis, and liability assessment
• Proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with attorneys and litigated claims
• Completion of MCIEF, AIC, AINS, CPCU coursework, or other relevant insurance education is a plus
