Senior Communications Associate

Job Summary

To support Care Center communications initiatives, the full-time Senior Communications Associate will lead the design and execution of communication campaigns, oversee project communications workstreams, and manage editorial processes for newsletters and email campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and execution of communication campaigns to convey key messages to Care Center stakeholders
• Oversee national clinician and Care Center project communications workstreams while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Administer and optimize the marketing communications platform, ensuring data accuracy and monitoring campaign metrics

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience developing communications strategies from planning through execution
• Experience with email marketing tools such as Pardot or HubSpot
• Strong project management capabilities, including managing competing priorities and timelines
