Senior Communications Consultant

Job Summary

In a hybrid role, the full-time Senior Communications Consultant will develop open enrollment communications campaigns for clients, focusing on content creation, project management, and client consulting while working both virtually and from the Hammonton, NJ office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client meetings to discuss communications initiatives and create engagement strategies based on client needs
• Develop and update various benefit communication materials, including guides and educational inserts
• Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, coordinating deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content writing or project management, preferably in HR and benefits content
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven ability to organize and handle multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with teams
• Effective client service expertise with a strong consultative approach
• Experience delivering engaging messages through both print and online channels
