Job Summary
Responsible for developing and managing Nava's brand, the full-time Senior Communications Designer will drive brand identity adoption across various channels and collaborate with the communications team on digital, print, and social projects in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Nava's brand identity system and manage brand assets across all communications
- Contribute to brand strategy and marketing plans to enhance visibility and awareness of Nava
- Design and produce internal and external materials, including annual reports and branded event materials
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of design experience, preferably in branding, design firms, or ad agencies
- Strong foundation in visual design, typography, layout, and concept development
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive, and Figma
- Experience in developing brand strategy and creating related artifacts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
