Job Summary

Experienced campaign strategists will find a full-time remote opportunity as the Senior Communications Director, responsible for leading rapid-response communications efforts, managing high-impact messaging campaigns, and deploying spokespeople to shape national narratives on immigration reform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive ABIC's national narrative while executing offensive messaging to persuade policymakers and win legislative votes
• Build and manage a rapid-response "war-room" to monitor political developments and issue timely counter-messaging
• Train and deploy a group of spokespeople across various media platforms to ensure rapid communication during breaking news events

Required qualifications

• Proven track record of leadership in political or issue campaigns, particularly in high-stakes advocacy environments
• Experience operating in high-pressure, rapid-response media situations with a focus on controlling narratives
• Ability to manage daily media cycles and execute rapid responses across multiple platforms
• Deep understanding of aligning communications strategy with legislative persuasion and constituency mobilization
