Job Summary
Managing the annual development of the HEDIS Provider Toolkit and communications, the full-time Senior Communications Specialist will create and maintain health-related materials for members and providers while ensuring compliance with internal and external approval processes in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and design communication materials that support the communication plan for members and providers
- Maintain professional relationships with vendors such as printers and graphic artists while tracking compliance recommendations and approvals
- Collaborate with business partners and communications colleagues to manage the compliance approval processes for communications
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of related experience in communications or a similar role
- Experience in developing health-related materials for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage relationships with external vendors
- Familiarity with compliance processes in a managed care environment
