Job Summary
Leading the strategic oversight of the Collective Impact project portfolio, the full-time Senior Community Impact Advisor will manage implementation and performance across grant lifecycles, ensuring effective delivery and donor stewardship in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and refine the Community Lifecycle and State Growth & Scale plans, advising state teams on strategic implementation priorities
- Manage project portfolios from startup to closeout, ensuring compliance with guidelines and high-quality donor deliverables
- Analyze performance trends to identify risks and recommend improvements for program effectiveness and impact delivery
Required qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 7 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated success in project/award management and implementation across the full cycle
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with individuals and teams at all levels
- Professional proficiency in MS Office suite
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
