Senior Community Manager

Job Summary

To build and lead an engaged community of creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors, the full-time remote Senior Community Manager will recruit members, cultivate relationships, and develop programming that fosters participation and advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and grow a community of creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors in the travel and lifestyle sectors
• Cultivate and manage long-term relationships to keep community members engaged and active
• Build and run the ambassador and affiliate program, structuring partnerships that provide mutual value

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in building and managing engaged online communities
• Strong background in social and digital media with a focus on community cultivation
• Understanding of social affiliate and creator marketing strategies
• Fluency in social media trends and travel, particularly in points bookings
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build initiatives from the ground up
