Senior Community Manager

Job Summary

To enhance brand engagement, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Community Management will build and lead a community strategy focused on Reddit, fostering authentic participation and strengthening brand trust through strategic content creation and community relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Reddit-first community strategy, including governance and participation models
• Create timely and relevant posts and responses, engaging with community members and moderators
• Collaborate with the CX team to address customer concerns and manage public interactions effectively

Required qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in community management, social media, or brand communications, with a focus on Reddit
• Proven success in building an authentic brand presence on Reddit
• Deep understanding of Reddit culture, moderation practices, and effective brand participation
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
• Experience managing public customer concerns and reputational issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
