Required qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in a Policy, Legal, or Trust and Safety role
- Proven track record in policy leadership focused on anti-discrimination and safety in an international context
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Ability to manage complex issues and collaborate effectively across teams
