Job Summary
Leading key initiatives in executive compensation and equity strategy, the full-time Senior Compensation Analyst will evaluate complex compensation challenges, shape board-level pay strategies, and drive operational innovation across global reward programs, working remotely or from Westminster, CO.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and execute end-to-end project plans for equity cycles, including annual awards and executive benchmarking
- Model executive pay structures and long-term incentive pools to guide strategic decision-making
- Drive 401(k) governance through scenario modeling and automated compliance workflows
Required qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of progressive compensation experience in broad-based design and executive compensation
- Proven experience creating data models and presentation materials for Compensation Committee meetings
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects independently on tight deadlines
- Advanced Excel modeling skills with experience in AI tools and automation
- Hands-on experience with Workday and Fidelity platforms is a plus
