Job Summary
Supporting the administration of employee and provider compensation programs, the contract Senior Compensation Analyst will lead projects and collaborate with various HR functions in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and implement employee and provider pay programs in accordance with company policies and compliance standards
- Develop and recommend pay practices and policies based on market and economic conditions

Required qualifications

- Four or more years of experience in compensation administration or a related HR role
- Demonstrated proficiency in job analysis, job evaluation, and market pricing
- Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively across multiple HR functions
- Strong understanding of compliance with federal and state employment laws
