Job Summary
Supporting the administration of employee and provider compensation programs, the remote Senior Compensation Analyst will lead projects and collaborate with various HR functions to enhance compensation strategies on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing and implementing employee and provider pay programs in line with company policies and compliance standards
- Support the development and recommendation of pay practices and policies based on market and economic conditions
- Collaborate with HR teams to align compensation initiatives with organizational goals and ensure compliance with employment laws
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Four or more years of experience in compensation administration or a related HR role
- Demonstrated proficiency in job analysis, job evaluation, and market pricing
- Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively across multiple HR functions
- Strong understanding of compliance with federal and state employment laws
