Job Summary
To support compensation initiatives, the full-time Senior Compensation Analyst will manage the administration, analysis, and development of compensation processes and programs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures effective operation and improvement of compensation processes, including job evaluation and salary adjustments
- Evaluates positions and recommends job titles, grade levels, and market alignment while supporting compliance with compensation laws
- Provides guidance to leaders on job descriptions and compensation-related matters, leveraging compensation technology for market analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
- Six to ten years of experience in human resources with a compensation focus or in the compensation field
- CCP certification and/or related coursework is preferred
