Senior Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

Owning moderately complex client engagements, the full-time Senior Compensation Analyst will manage compensation projects, execute comprehensive solutions, and provide advanced expertise in benchmarking and market pricing analysis, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as project manager on moderately complex compensation projects, delivering client work with limited oversight
• Independently manage all project types, from stakeholder alignment to policy documentation and communications training
• Deliver sophisticated benchmarking and market pricing analysis, developing and recommending salary structures

Required qualifications

• 5-6 years of hands-on compensation experience across multiple compensation disciplines
• Deep working knowledge of benchmarking, salary structure design, and job architecture
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage moderately complex client engagements
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong data analysis capabilities
• Demonstrated track record of mentoring and supporting other professionals in their development
