Senior Compensation Consultant

Job Summary

Providing expert analysis and program leadership, the full-time Senior Compensation Consultant will evaluate complex pay matters, advise on compensation programs, and ensure compliance while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate and develop pay recommendations for various compensation events, ensuring alignment with compensation philosophy and market data
• Design and assess incentive compensation plans, retention programs, and severance policies to align with business objectives and compliance requirements
• Develop clear communications and training tools for stakeholders to promote informed and compliant compensation decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 5-7 years of progressively responsible compensation experience, including analysis, program design, and consultation with senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated expertise in broad-based compensation, market pricing, and compensation governance
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex information and make well-supported recommendations
• Proficiency with spreadsheet modeling and compensation survey platforms; experience with data visualization tools is preferred
