Job Summary
Serving as a complex products subject matter expert, the full-time Senior Complex Product Supervisor will oversee the appropriateness of transactions involving life insurance, annuities, and alternative investments while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise transactions in life insurance/annuity products and structured products/alternative investments
- Act as a subject matter expert for LPL Financial Professionals nationwide
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and supervision requirements
Required qualifications
- FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65), 9 and 10 (or Series 24)
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of industry experience
- Knowledge of life insurance, mutual funds, annuities, and alternative investments
- Familiarity with FINRA, SEC, and State rules and regulations
