Senior Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
Providing operational compliance support for the Retirement Division, the full-time remote Senior Compliance Analyst will manage product filing strategies, conduct research, and develop recommendations to ensure compliance with state regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare accurate filings materials for submission to state Departments of Insurance
- Research and interpret laws and regulations related to product compliance and assist in drafting compliant policy and application forms
- Independently manage technically demanding compliance projects and provide subject-matter expertise across multiple product lines
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred
- At least 8 years of industry compliance experience, particularly with product development and rate and form filings for individual life and annuity products
- Direct experience with preparing and submitting filings in SERFF / APPIAN
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with technology and learning new systems
