Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure compliance and execution of JLL and client requirements, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst will focus on performance management reporting, HSSE reporting, and auditing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage performance management reporting, HSSE regulatory compliance, and auditing processes
• Develop and maintain governance structures, standardized methodologies, and reporting mechanisms
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify process streamlining opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business
• 3+ years of experience in HSSE, auditing, and performance management
• Knowledge of relevant standards, legislation, and operating procedures
• Strong organizational and information management skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify root causes of issues
