Senior Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Compliance Director in implementing an effective healthcare compliance program, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst will conduct audits, monitor regulatory developments, and lead compliance investigations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct complex compliance monitoring, audits, and risk assessments
- Prepare reports and dashboards related to compliance program activities for the Compliance Committee
- Support the development of compliance policies and procedures and provide compliance education
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Legal Studies, Science, or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory, auditing, or related experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
