Senior Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the US Speaker Program Monitoring, the part-time Senior Compliance Monitoring Analyst will execute live, data, and process monitoring, identify compliance risks, and assist in documentation and reporting while working remotely for 10-20 hours per week on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the approved speaker program monitoring workplan, including sample targets and timelines
- Execute assigned monitoring activities and track remediation and follow-up actions
- Analyze monitoring results to identify emerging risk trends and prepare metrics and summaries for review
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare compliance
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical speaker program requirements and associated risks
- Experience with risk-based monitoring and data analysis
- Strong analytical skills for identifying compliance risks and developing observations
- Proficiency in Excel and project coordination
