Senior Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
Leading compliance initiatives within assigned areas, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst will manage sensitive projects, serve as a subject matter expert, and support compliance oversight activities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead compliance oversight activities, including monitoring, reviews, and issue management
- Execute compliance procedures and enforce policy governance to ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Prepare compliance records and reporting materials for senior leadership and governance committees
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in legal or compliance roles within healthcare or highly regulated industries
- Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and the Affordable Care Act (ACA)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
