Senior Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
Leading compliance initiatives within assigned areas, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst will manage sensitive projects, serve as a subject matter expert, and support the implementation of enterprise compliance programs in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Execute compliance procedures and enforce policy governance to ensure regulatory reporting and operational requirements are met
- Develop solutions for complex compliance issues and enhance supporting documentation
- Prepare compliance records and executive reporting for senior leaders and committees
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related area, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 5 years of progressive work experience in legal or compliance roles within healthcare or highly regulated industries, including Medicare and Medicaid experience
- Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
