Job Summary
To support compliance initiatives, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst will manage compliance reporting, respond to regulatory inquiries, and lead special projects while working remotely from anywhere in the Continental United States.
Key responsibilities
- Manage compliance reporting responsibilities and respond to inquiries from state and federal regulatory agencies
- Review and synthesize regulatory requirements to create policy and position statements
- Perform periodic compliance audits and assist in developing compliance training programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related legal field or equivalent experience; Master's or Juris Doctorate preferred
- 3+ years of related experience in compliance privacy and/or regulatory affairs
- Experience in project management with knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations
