Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the organization's security assurance and audit activities, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst will respond to customer security inquiries, manage audit evidence requests, and assist with third-party risk management while collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer security inquiries and manage security-related requests through approved systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather and validate response content for security controls and compliance activities
• Assist with third-party risk management activities, including vendor security reviews and due diligence requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of six years of experience in information security, compliance, or related roles
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-171, GDPR, and SOC 2
• Experience with security-related contract topics and customer assurance processes
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar case management tools is preferred
