Senior Compliance Counsel
Job Summary
To support the growth of the legal investigations function, the full-time Senior Compliance & Investigations Counsel will manage compliance activities, enhance investigation procedures, and oversee partner risk management while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity from Santa Clara, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Build and refine the legal investigations function in collaboration with Finance and People & Culture teams
- Embed corporate values related to whistleblower compliance and manage the AI-enabled channel partner due diligence program
- Revamp training and awareness programs to improve compliance impact and address legacy concerns
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of legal experience with a focus on corporate investigations and anti-corruption law
- Proven experience in designing and implementing compliance processes using technology
- Familiarity with compliance in large corporate organizations and global legal obligations
- Understanding of business processes relevant to public technology companies
- Curiosity and experience with integrating AI tools into legal workflows
