Senior Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the organization's compliance program, the full-time Senior Compliance Manager will manage compliance initiatives, oversee risk assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of the compliance program and collaborate with senior leadership and legal teams
• Manage internal compliance audits and monitor compliance activities to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Lead the annual compliance risk assessment and develop preventive controls across the revenue cycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, legal, or finance preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit, preferably in regulated environments
• Certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) are preferred
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Experience with audits, investigations, and risk assessments
