Senior Compliance Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Senior Compliance Manager will oversee workforce compliance frameworks, manage employee relations cases, and ensure regulatory adherence across multiple states while collaborating with various teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive requirements matrix for educator screening, credentialing, and training across states and school partners
• Independently manage employee relations cases, conducting investigations and providing recommendations for resolution
• Own the compliance program framework, developing scalable processes and ensuring audit readiness throughout the employee lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR, employee relations, or compliance experience, including direct investigation experience
• Demonstrated success in implementing multi-state compliance programs in a high-volume, distributed workforce
• Strong working knowledge of employment practices across multiple U.S. jurisdictions
• Experience with I-9/E-Verify, background and credential compliance, and other workforce compliance programs
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a growing organization
