Senior Compliance Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to build and scale the compliance program for consumer lending products in a full-time remote role, focusing on strategic advisory, hands-on execution, and automation initiatives while partnering with Legal and bank partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a compliance advisor for new product development, ensuring alignment with regulations and bank partner requirements
- Design and operationalize end-to-end compliance workflows, transitioning manual processes into automated systems
- Manage issue tracking and remediation, responding to escalated complaints and delivering compliance training
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6-10 years in compliance or risk management within fintech or financial services, with a focus on consumer lending preferred
- Working knowledge of state and federal consumer protection regulations
- Proven ability to design scalable compliance workflows and leverage technology for automation
- Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Jira)
