Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Senior Compliance Manager will develop, implement, and oversee regulatory compliance frameworks related to satellite operations, export controls, and corporate obligations while collaborating with various teams to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead regulatory compliance activities across satellite operations and remote sensing, including licensing and reporting obligations
- Manage export control and international trade compliance processes, including classifications and licensing
- Develop and maintain company-wide compliance policies and coordinate training and regulatory monitoring
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or export controls within regulated technology industries
- Strong knowledge of US export controls (ITAR/EAR) and international trade restrictions
- Experience with commercial space regulations and licensing authority interactions
- Proven ability to establish or improve compliance processes with technical and legal stakeholders
- Degree in Law, Compliance, Engineering, or a related field
