Senior Compliance Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of compliance programs, the full-time Senior Compliance Operations Manager will oversee SOC 2 audit lifecycles, drive SOX and ISO 27001 uplift initiatives, and partner cross-functionally to ensure compliance across the organization in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of SOC 2 compliance operations, including audit readiness and evidence collection
• Lead control evaluations and project management for Sarbanes-Oxley and ISO 27001 compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather evidence and streamline compliance processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance operations or related fields
• Strong background in compliance and privacy, particularly with SOC 2 audits
• Working knowledge of SOX and ISO 27001 frameworks
• Proven project management skills managing multiple audit workstreams
• Experience with tools such as AWS, Jira, GitHub, and Google Workspace
