Senior Compliance Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of compliance programs, the full-time Senior Compliance Operations Manager will oversee the SOC 2 audit lifecycle, drive initiatives for SOX and ISO 27001 compliance, and partner cross-functionally to ensure audit readiness in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the management of SOC 2 compliance operations, including audit readiness and evidence collection
• Lead control evaluations and project management for Sarbanes-Oxley and ISO 27001 uplift initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, finance, and business teams to streamline evidence collection and maintain compliance records

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance operations, IT/security compliance, or audit
• Strong background in compliance and privacy, particularly with SOC 2 audits
• Familiarity with SOX and ISO 27001 frameworks
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Experience using tools such as AWS, Jira, GitHub, and Google Workspace
