Senior Compliance Program Lead

Job Summary

Owning one or more complex compliance program verticals, the full-time Senior Strategic Program Lead will manage end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for GFCO compliance areas while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive program charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks for compliance programs with external regulatory commitments
• Lead cross-functional delivery and alignment with Director+ stakeholders across various teams, ensuring successful program execution
• Identify and resolve program risks while managing competing priorities and maintaining accountability for operational efficiency initiatives

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience, with 3+ years in financial crimes compliance or related regulatory domains
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT program operations, including SAM/TMS, EDD, and SAR filing workflows
• Experience in navigating complex environments with critical resource gaps and external regulatory commitments
• Proficiency in program management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and data tools (Looker, Snowflake, Google Sheets)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations, Finance, Law, or a related discipline preferred
