Senior Compliance Program Manager
Job Summary
To support the HR Responsible AI program, the remote Senior Compliance Program Manager will manage compliance reviews, program operations, and reporting capabilities while driving process improvements and stakeholder collaboration on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Responsible AI impact assessments and compliance reviews, documenting outcomes and recommendations
- Translate governance requirements into operational processes and tools, implementing continuous improvements to enhance program efficiency
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to analyze compliance data and report on program performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, security, or AI risk governance
- Demonstrated experience with AI assessments and compliance with internal or external policies
- Strong program execution and operational delivery experience, including process design and implementation
- Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing competing priorities
